including our employees. We strive to provide employees with
support when they need it most. This empowers them to make the fullest
contribution possible to Gamma-Dynacare each workday. To this end, we offer a
number of plans and programs to help employees move through various stages of
work and personal life.
At all levels, we strive to communicate with our employees and actively
encourage employee input and feedback. An Open Door Policy helps to open
communication lines between employees and management. Regular general employee
meetings keep staff members informed, while ongoing employee opinion surveys
help keep management on top of important issues. Our Employee Liaison
Committees ensure an equitable balance among all stakeholders. On a more
informal level, our Social Committees do a great job building and maintaining
our enviable company spirit.

General Employee Meetings
Regular meetings are held to keep employees up to date on business developments,
customer news, quality issues, employee relations, safety programs and other
items of importance.

Employee Opinion Survey
Every 18 to 24 months, a confidential company-wide survey is conducted as a
vehicle for our employees to share their feelings and views on our progress.
The survey covers topics such as compensation, employee involvement,
communication and health and safety.

Employee
Liaison Committees
Our Employee Liaison Committees include representatives from a broad range of
departments. The committees ensure that Gamma-Dynacare policies and procedures
are fair and reasonable, and make related recommendations to the company.

Social Committees
Our Social Committees are charged with planning and organizing different events
for all employees to enjoy throughout the year, including 50/50 draws to raise
funds for various events and charities, annual summer picnics, Christmas
parties and golf tournaments.
