Employee Orientation
The initial days of a new job are often the most challenging.
Gamma-Dynacare believes that a sound, comprehensive orientation is key to the
successful integration of each new employee, allowing them to work
knowledgeably and safely immediately. To this end, all new employees go through
an Orientation Program that takes place during their three-month assessment
period.
Walk in My Shoes Program
Learning to understand and appreciate the work of others.
Our Brampton laboratory regularly welcomes five to eight employees from our
Patient Services Centres to spend the day at Gamma-Dynacares main
laboratory.
For half the day employees receive basic safety training and learn more about
employee programs at Gamma-Dynacare. The other half of the day is dedicated to
touring each department and understanding first-hand how each contributes to
our business.
Employees find the Walk in My Shoes Program fun and very rewarding. Its a
day when individuals learn that they are all links in the chain we call
Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories.

Professional Dues Reimbursement
Program
Helping professionals stay professional.
To practise in their fields, many Gamma-Dynacare employees are legally bound to
belong to a professional college or association.
Gamma-Dynacare has established this program to assist these colleagues with
their annual professional dues.

Scholarship Program
We take pride in helping the families of our employees.
The scholarships aim is to encourage our employees children to
pursue higher education. The company awards up to 15 scholarship grants
annually to eligible dependants of our employees. The student with the highest
overall score in our scholarship program receives a $2,000 scholarship grant.
All other winners receive $1,250 scholarships.

Program
Giving exceptional employees the recognition and reward they deserve.
An exciting Gamma-Dynacare initiative called R.E.W.A.R.D. is all about
Rewarding Employees Who Are Recognized
as Deserving. It honours employees who go above and beyond
for their company, department, colleagues or clients.
Its an opportunity for employees to both be recognized for
exceptional performance and give recognition to colleagues they feel
have earned their praise.
