Throughout the organization, it’s everyone’s responsibility to develop, advocate and adopt healthy and safe work practices. Gamma-Dynacare’s Health and Safety Program endeavours to facilitate this obligation through communication, education and accountability.

Our Health and Safety Program encourages awareness through reporting and investigation of all workplace accidents, action to prevent further accidents wherever possible, and auditing our systems to ensure that they are effective. Our Joint Health and Safety Committees are structured to provide knowledgeable representation from all areas of the company, and we take pride in the cooperative spirit that characterizes the way the committees function.

Several regulatory bodies in both Canada and the United States include health and safety compliance as a crucial element in the awarding of licences and accreditation. Gamma-Dynacare is proud that our Health and Safety Program is recognized by all these regulatory bodies.
