Tuition Reimbursement
Gamma-Dynacare recognizes the need to enhance professional skills and support
the unique career development goals of each employee. To this end, we will
reimburse a percentage of the tuition of external courses or workshops,
provided they are job related, directly relevant to our business needs and
designed to improve the skills, abilities and performance of the employee.
Lunch and Learn
How would you like to integrate learning into your daily work? Throughout the
year, Gamma-Dynacare offers employees a chance to integrate learning into their
daily work. Our Lunch and Learn presentations focus on topics of general
interest to employees, including financial planning, active living and stress
management.
Learning Centre
Our Learning Centres let staff members learn on their own time, at their own
pace, where and when they want. Each Learning Centre offers a variety of
learning media, from books and periodicals to videos, audiotapes and
e-learning. Employees can also use Learning Centres as places to meet with
colleagues and to learn as a group using our dedicated PC, TV/VCR and audio
system. Each Learning Centre has a Career Corner dedicated to in-house and
external professional development opportunities.
Annual Symposium
When the leaves begin to fall, its time for Gamma-Dynacares Annual
Continuing Education Symposium. This day of professional development covers
topics that range from future health care trends and the latest technology to

complete our 12-month Leadership Basics certificate program. This learning
series focuses on enhancing each participants leadership skills,
